Our Story

We’re two illustrators from South Africa - friends, artists, dreamers - who decided that if the gallery walls wouldn’t take our work, we’d get people to wear it instead. We wanted to make art more accessible, more fun, and more personal. And we wanted to do it in a way that felt like us.

Our story started in primary school spending endless hours sketching robots and weird characters while making the appropriate sound effects.
We went on to high school together where we focused our studies on art at the National School of the Arts in Johannesburg, South Africa. We spent years drawing, painting, and experimenting with different styles and mediums.
Leaving high school, we decided to study animation to make, at the very least, good use of those sound effects, all the while wondering how we could make a living from our art, but not from the traditional gallery route.

That question turned into a mission - and then a brand.

We launched this store to turn our illustrations into wearable art: bold, expressive designs printed on high-quality T-shirts, hoodies, and other apparel. Each piece tells a story, shares a feeling, thought or or even an opinion. It’s art you can wear, connect with, and carry with you wherever you go.

This isn’t just about clothing. It’s about taking creativity off the pedestal and putting it in your hands (and on your chest). We want our work to spark conversations, laughter, nostalgia, and pride - just like the best gallery walls do. Only now, the gallery is everywhere.
