Each item in our shop is made to order with care and attention, and we want you to receive something you love. If your order arrives with a production fault—like a printing error, damage, or the wrong item—please let us know, and we’ll issue a full refund or send you a replacement.
However, since every item is made specifically for you, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size choices. We encourage you to check the sizing guide carefully before ordering, and if you're unsure, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help you find the right fit before you make a purchase.
