4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider at checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. An order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when we dispatch your goods.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery timescales are estimates only and we cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return please email us at hello@flavourgreat.com. Goods must be returned unworn and in their original condition. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
